These were the words of Black Beauty’s mother to her son when they lived with Farmer Grey. But when Black Beauty grew up and his life changed, this was sometimes very difficult for him. Not everybody was as kind as Farmer Grey.
Black Beauty works hard for his owners, who are sometimes cruel, sometimes kind, sometimes rich, sometimes poor.
This book told me how horses feel about their lives or it is important that to put myself in their position through Black Beauty’s life.
